After a highly successful career as an Officer in the British Army Justyn Rees Larcombe had a glittering career in the City. He became stunningly successful in the world of insurance, was fast tracked for promotion in a global company, had wealth, a big house, a Porsche, a Mercedes, a beautiful wife and three sons. He then lost it all through an addiction to online gambling, blowing three quarters of a million pounds in three years. Realising he could fall no further, he turned to faith in Christ and within two years, found incredible restoration. Now Justyn is a public speaker, author, media commentator, advisor to Government, the medical profession and national think tanks on the issues of gambling and secret addiction. He has successfully campaigned for changes in the law relating to gambling. He leads an addiction recovery course, offers counselling and is a trained debt and money advisor. He also leads gambling awareness and prevention training courses within the armed forces, professional sports clubs, schools, prisons, and financial organisations. He was reunited with the Queen’s ‘Sword of Honour’ he sold at the height of his addiction and has also swum the English Channel solo at night! He now travels the country sharing his story of hope and restoration and really does have a tremendous life-story to tell. Venue: Tamarind Spice, Monday 27th June @ 8pm - there will be a selection choice of set menu's on the night. To book text 078 4090 4001 or email simon@christchurchewell.com
